Obituary

Alice Ficca, 92, of Parkesburg, passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at Harrison Senior Living in Christiana, PA. She was the beloved wife of Nicola Ficca with whom she shared 67 years of marriage. Born in the Province of Chieti, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Domenic and Maria DiPaul.


Alice was a member of Our Lady of Consolation Church of Parkesburg.
She is survived, in addition to her husband, by one daughter, Phyllis Kraft of Paoli, five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Nicola Ficca, Jr. and two sisters.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church, 602 Second Ave. Parkesburg on Friday, May 24, 2013 at 11am followed by entombment at St. Agnes Cemetery in West Chester. Viewing at the Church from 10am until the time of the service. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations  may be made in her memory to the Alzheimers Assoc., 399 Market St. Suite 102, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
