Alice E. (Betty) nee Eshleman Wilson, 97, passed away on Wednesday, November 23rd, 2022 at home surrounded by her loved ones. Betty was the wife of Paul H. Wilson who predeceased her on November 22nd, 1992. She was also predeceased by her two brothers, Robert T. and John H. Eshleman. She is survived by her son, Glenn P. Wilson and his wife, Rosemary.

She enjoyed doing crossword and wordsearch puzzles, playing cards especially solitaire, and watching old movies on TV. She loved her time living and working on the farm and just keeping busy outdoors gardening in her later years.

The family would like to thank the nurses, aides and staff from Penn Medicine Hospice and the other independent aides who helped take care of Betty over the last few months.

A private burial was held on December 1st at the Upper Octorara Cemetery in Parkesburg.
