M. Naomi Moore

M. Naomi Moore, 103, of West Chester, passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at the Pocopson Home.  Born in West Chester, she was the daughter of the late Avarilla and William Moore.

She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of West Chester.  Naomi was employed by West Chester Hosiery Mill and later at Hickman Nursing Home, where she was the head of housekeeping.

Naomi was a member of the West Chester Business and Professional Women.

She traveled extensively in the United States, especially in the East.  She was an accomplished crocheter and loved to read.

Naomi is survived by her nieces, Patricia Butler, Joanne Miller, Dorothy Waltz and Ruth Coletta.  She was predeceased by her twin sister S. Ruth Miller, and brothers, Jesse and Herman Moore.

Services will be private.
