Linda S. Fisher, 66, of Ronks, PA, passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at the Lancaster General Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Rollen E. Fisher, Sr. with whom she shared 48 years of marriage. Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the late Wayne Shoemaker and Marion Killian Shoemaker.

Linda was an area resident all her life and a 1972 graduate of the Octorara High School. She was employed by the Pequea Valley School District at the Paradise Elementary School as a Power Educator. 

Linda attended, down through the years, the Parkesburg United Methodist Church and also Faith Community Methodist Church in Atglen, PA. Besides being with her family, she enjoyed serving as secretary of the Killian Reunion.

She is survived, in addition to her husband, by three sons; Rollen E. Fisher, Jr., of Ephrata, Michael W. Fisher, Sr. of Frackville, PA and Jason S. Fisher and wife Tamianna of Toledo, Ohio, 12 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren (with one great grandchild on the way) and two sisters; Nancy Salada of Ronks and Deborah and husband Cecil Irwin, Jr. of Christiana, PA. She was preceded in death by one sister Marian Kinney. 

Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 5, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, PA followed by interment at Upper Octorara Cemetery. Family and friends are also invited to attend the viewing from 10:00 AM to the time of the service.

In order to protect those at-risk, please wear a face mask and practice social distancing while at the funeral home.

Mr. Fisher and family, I am so sadden to hear of Lindas passing. She was the aid for the little girl I drove to school at Octorara when she worked there  It was a great pleasure knowing her sending Hugs and Prayers
