This is the Story of the “Johnny Rotten”

John H. Norton AKA “Johnny Rotten”, 57, of Paradise, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, April 28, 2021, at his home. Born in Coatesville, he was the son of the late John "Jack" Norton and Patricia Hess DeCarlo.

John was an area resident all his life and a resident of Paradise Township for over 10 years. He was employed as an auto parts professional.

He is survived by three children; Gabrielle Ortiz and husband Jose of York, PA, Tiffany Scott of Paradise, PA, Nikosha Norton of Middletown, PA, Niece Shanna Ware and husband Steve Ferrell of West Grove, PA, "adopted son" Cory Moore, son-in-law Donald Arment, great-nephew Darrius Ferrell, nine grandchildren and three siblings; Roxanne Dowell and husband David of Northport, FL, Joanne Lepore and husband Michael of Gap and Vincent Norton and wife Liz of Lancaster, PA.

Johnny was a simple man he enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, and visiting Huntington County, Pennsylvania with his cousin Timmy as often as possible.

In his youth he could usually be found with the wrong crowd and earned the nickname “Johnny Rotten”

He loved to spend time with his family especially his granddaughter Leanna AKA “Doodle Bugs”

Johnny loved his family very much and even visited his cousins every Sunday.

Bush Beer was his beverage of choice, you would rarely find him without one.

John was the type of guy to drop everything and come help you if you needed him. He truly would give you the shirt off his back.

Rest in Peace, Johnny Rotten. Always figured you were "Bullet Proof" and would outlive us all. I remember bringing you beers and smokes to the hospital as you lay in traction with a broken neck. The nursing staff was not amused. As we were lead out, they said, "Y'all are good friends, now get the hell out." Till we meet again,
Love and Respect Brother.
