Edward Anthony Kasian, Jr., Aka Ed 56, of Coatesville, passed away at his residence surrounded by family, friends, and loved ones on Tuesday, August 22, 2023. Born in Coatesville, he was the son of Edward Anthony Kasian, Sr. and Roseanne Grasic. He was the beloved husband of Danielle Kasian with whom he shared 23 years of marriage.
He was a graduate of Coatesville Area Senior High School, where he was the DrumLine Captain of his graduating class. Ed, who also went by the nickname Timekeeper, was a talented musician, phenomenal drummer, composer, and writer. He played for countless bands including Deep Seeded, Vortex, and Aftermath.
He is survived in addition to his wife by four children: Wyatt Kasian, Isabelle Kasian, Everett Kasian, and Justin Mizic. One grandchild, Collin Mizic. Along with five brothers.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, from the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main Street, Parkesburg, Pennsylvania, 19365. Friends and family are invited to attend a visitation period taking place from 10 AM until the start of the service. Interment will take place directly following the service at Mount Zion Cemetery located in Narvon, Pennsylvania.
Per Ed's last request, he asked that all family and friends attending wear comfortable everyday clothing.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Wilde Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
