I am so sorry to hear about Adrienne's passing. We went to high school together and later in life we fostered for the same local dog rescue. Adrienne had such a huge heart - especially for animals. She will be greatly missed.

My most heart felt condolences to Adrienne's family and friends.

It's truly hard for me to wrap my head around you are gone.   You were such a brave young woman.   I never will forget listening to you rattle off all your meds, procedures you had done to the doctors during our many visits to the hospital.   You even gave me my first ride in an ambulance done the Schuylkill.  However, I thought I'd have a heart attack before we would reach Penn.  Always with a smile never showing fear.    There will be no more hospital stays, dialysis or trips to Penn.   Your spirit will stay with me forever!   You loved your Grandmoher Casagrande so much and shared many loving stories of her with me.  That is the only peace I feel knowing you are with her now.      Love you, Mum

Adrienne was one of the best friends I've ever had. It's hard to comprehend that she's gone, that I won't ever be able to see her again. She always tried to see the good in people, and to find something positive in even the darkest situations. She was so kind, loving, generous, and helpful. She always knew just what to say. I send my deepest sympathies to all of her family and friends. Rest peacefully, A. We all love and miss you so much. You were one of a kind.
