Ralph Kemerly Jones, 76, of Coatesville, passed away on Monday, July 11, 2022 at Newport Meadows Nursing Home in Christiana, PA. He was the widower of the late Norma Lynn Jones who passed away in 2018. They shared 31 years of marriage. Born in Chicago, ILL., was the son of the late Ralph Elmer Jones and Betty Barton Jones.
Ralph was a Coatesville area resident most of his life and a 1963 graduate of the former Scott High School in Coatesville. After graduation, he went on to serve honorably in the US Navy. He was employed at IBEW as an electrician in Chester County. He attended Gateway Church in Parkesburg, PA.
He is survived by his son, David S. Jones and wife, Julie, four grandchildren Zachary of Mass., Ethan of Lancaster County, and Hailey and Chase Chiccino of Coatesville.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, July, 18, 2022 at 10:00 AM at the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St., Parkesburg, PA. Family and friends are also invited to attend the viewing from 9:00 AM to the time of the service. Interment will follow at the Birmingham Lafayette Cemetery, West Chester, PA.
