Sending my deepest sympathy for all his loved ones. I have many fond memories of playing baseball and hanging out so many years ago. He was always a happy and pleasant person. Just saw him a few months ago and had a good chat to catch up. I know he will be missed by many. 🙏🙏🙏

We've known Dickie since we were teenagers. My husband Robert played hockey with him for many years. I worked with Dickie at Witmer Public Safety Group. I didn't see him much since he was over in our other building but I did get to talk with him on the phone occasionally. He will be missed by all that knew him. I even seen him when he used to work at Riteaid in pharmacy dept. My memories of him was he would always have a smile, his laugh and being an overall friendly person. Prayers to your family during this very difficult time.
