Dear Cheryl, Jenna, and Caitlin,  A friend recently told me that some of us progress spiritually more quickly than others and get to graduate early.  I guess that is true of Tim too.  Our family is very grateful for Tim!  He led us to High Point Baptist Academy which all our kids attended.  And what a great Coach for girl’s softball.  He really tried to help all “his delinquent kids”.  I think a few may have even listened!  I know he was great with the Elwin kids too.  He is missed by so many.  It’s nice to think  any separation is temporary as life is eternal!  Thanks for being so giving and sharing.   Candace McCoy and Family

Dear Harvey family, I was deeply saddened to hear of Tim's passing. I worked with Tim, to bring desperately needed supports to the city's special needs populations over the past 10-12 years.  He was a kind soul, a good citizen to this city, and a truly decent man.  My heart goes out to you. I know from experiencing significant loss such as this, that through the years, the memories of Tim will bring warm feelings to all of us and that is a beautiful legacy.

Kind regards, Jim Connell
