Sending deepest condolences and prayers to the Himes family. I had the pleasure of meeting Ronnie while Pastoring in Modena. He was truly a friend to many and loved to spend his time at the Firehouse. Whenever I would drive by, he would give you a wave and smile that bright smile. He will be truly missed by many. He was a great blessing to Modena and the community at large. He always did everything from the heart. Rest in peace Ronnie, we will miss seeing you. Rev. Michelle Foster & husband Larry

Ronnie, I always called him 'Himesley' (the reverse of Pugsley, on the Addams Family). Ronnie was always kind, helpful, and an excellent worker; we also worked together for the CASD at the Friendship/North Brandywine complex. Whenever Himesley noticed a student upset or crying in the hallways, he did his best to cheer him or her up. During the 30 years that we worked together, Ronnie never became angry, was somewhat the "quite type", and was always there to aid a friend in need. A true epitome of "the kind soul". He's in good company now, with Paul, Corky, Henry W., Patsy LaPorte, those who've passed on at the fire company, and Postmaster Bill Bradford. God bless you Himesley!!
