Jack and Caitlin - I met Valerie when she was 9 years old, as my close friend, Vanessa's baby sister.  Mick has known her his whole life, having grown up as neighbors.  Doris babysat for Valerie and always had such fond memories of her.   She was always so friendly towards us, and complimentary and encouraging.  I'm sure you will miss her more than words can say.  Gone MUCH too soon.  May God comfort your hearts and spirits during this time of grief.  Love to you all, including Vanessa and Linda and extended family,  Deb and Mick

My deepest heartfelt condolences, Valerie was such a good and kind person.  She was very generous with her time and consideration for her extended family.  If someone was down on their luck, Valerie was their to lift their spirits. She would treat them to things.  She would help them anyway she could.  She was a nurse, and they are our caretakers, and she was a caregiver in everyway possible.  She epitomized the word.  This is so sad and sudden. She was a shining star and warm ray of sunshine to so many. She will be missed. May God bless you Marianos and keep you in his loving care and comfort you.
