Condolences

"Death is no more than passing from one room into another. But there's a difference for me, you know. Because in that other room I shall be able to see." - Hellen Keller

Although we do not have access to this other room until The Lord has granted us permission to enter, how comforting to know that once we enter we do so without ailment or illness.

We love you Aunt Toots and we will honor Uncle Al's life with you.

Aunt Salome and Uncle Al were perfectly matched, together they raised my gorgeous cousins - a sweet family they created. My heart breaks for their loss... My father loved his brother to the ends of the earth & back, I used to think they were nothing alike, but as I got much older (and could see them through the eyes of an adult) I realized they were indeed very similar, in the most comical of ways. One thing they did share was their love and admiration for each other.
Uncle Al will be forever missed. I love my family and my heart is with them as they grieve.

Salome..........I am sorry

There are happy memories in my mind of our times together at the VA. Al was a friend of mine. I could not have had a better person to follow me in the self care unit of building 10. Have courage.
