Dawn, I appreciated the opportunity to read about your mother! Now I know where your giving and serving heart came from. The apple doesn't fall very far from the tree. She passed on a beautiful legacy to you and your picked up her baton to pass on to your family and friends. May God's compassion and mercy be with you as you walk this path of loss. We will be praying for you during this time.

Dear Jeff, Dawn, Cody, & Mathew,  Ps 34:18 says The Lord is near to the broken hearted and saves the crushed in spirit.  So He is with you.  But I wish we could be, too.  Love & prayers,  The Staleys

Pat was a coworker of mine in the hearing department.at the DCIU. I remember her loving ways with the children and the wonderful materials that she made  to support the lessons.  She was gracious and kind to all.   For Christmas one year she gave the staff Christmas ornaments that she had made using papercutting techniques.  Each year I hang it on my tree and remember her fondly. My condolences to Dawn and her family.  She was a wonderful person whom we will all miss;
