Heartfelt condolences to all of Mark's family members and friends who loved him dearly. I only met him once last year, but his warmth and humor shone through right away. As someone who has seen a family member's struggles first-hand, I know how hard it can be to find the right balance between respecting a person's space and intruding in order to support them through thick and thin. No matter what, I'm sure he knew how much he was loved -- and in the end, sometimes that's all you can do. Keep loving, keep caring and keep keeping on. My hope is that you all find strength through each other, even at a time when that's most difficult to do.

I only knew Mark thru our church volleyball league.  I could always count on Mark to ref when needed and he was such a pleasure to work with.  I'm not sure what the "K" stands for in Mark's middle name, but I think it is "KIND".  He was alway a kind and gentle soul that was loved by all players in the league.  My condolences to the family on your loss, he will be greatly missed.

At a time like this, words do seem to fail......Mark you will be so missed by many of us in so many ways.  Your kindness and that smile said it all about you., and I will always have such fond memories of us working together in different  departments, but yet together.  Back in the 80's, I shared an office with you, and Beth Gregor in Thorndale. The two of you were IT and I was the MAC Coordinator.  We were growing as a Credit Union and the Ops center was not built as yet, and with so little room some of us had to share space together, which you and I did and I look back on that as some fun times and great memories and so glad I really got to  know you, as such a nice person.  As the years went by and we grew as a Credit Union  and had different  areas we worked in, it was always great when our paths crossed at work and we would chat and catch up a little,  You always were so proud of your daughters and spoke to me about them and where they were and what they were doing and I felt I knew them as I knew you......Thank you Mark for these memories and for your kind demeaner to all of us.  Till our paths cross again, I wish you peace and comfort my friend, and to your loving family, my thoughts and prayers are with you and I pray that you find peace and comfort in the precious, treaured memories you shared  together.

With heartfelt sympathy♥♥♥

For 40 years I worked with Mark.  What I treasure the most was his ability to make me laugh.  Always he could make me laugh.  And now he makes me cry.  I will miss you!  I will keep your daughters, your family and your many friends in my prayers.  Thank you for all the laughs.  God Bless!

My husband and I have been members at Citadel (Lukens) credit union since the mid-70s. Mark's smiling face was always seen whenever entering the building. He was such a kind and helpful man! He will be missed! May God give each of his family members strength during this time of sorrow. RIP Mark

I am a Citadel member but I always felt Mark was my friend. He would talk about his girls and how he was proud of them and show their pictures to me. Such a wonderful dad! He would always greet me with his friendly smile and tell me about his trips. It is with great great sadness that I learned today of his passing. We will miss you Mark. Hope there's a big golf course for you in heaven!
